Valgor Soulfury of the Soul Fury Warband is the leader of the Order of the Eleventh Sun and former apprentice to Fandeim Blackblood, his former friend & arch-rival.

Abandoning all he knew and loved, he became the embodiment of magical prowess which is second to none by most individuals save for Fandeim and the Sya'as. He is ruthless, cunning and thirsts for even more power at any cost.

He was the right-hand of Fandeim for much of his apprenticeship, but it wasn't until after the Plagues of Madness & Undeath that Valgor turned against Blackblood and ignited a Rainorian civil-war between his followers and Fandeim ~ before fleeing to Aiscoria

Valgor then took control of the Black Rose Crusade, a fanatically organization from which he slowly began building his web of contacts thoughout Aiscoria, then after some time head north to open the Soulfury Crypt to optain the means to finally defeat Fandeim.

Unfortunately, due to unforseen or perhaps planned attendance, Valgor was seemly killed by Aresithas Skyfire wielding Soulbinder. However, he existed beyond death and resides within the blade only to slowly corrupt Skyfire and take his body as a vessel for his soul ~ prolonging his life.

Personality[]

Valgor possesses an unquenchable thirst for power and a ruthless personality. Equally willing to manipulate friend and foe alike, he constantly tries to better his station in life through any means possible. Even though Valgor constantly tends to be embroiled in many different plots and schemes, his overarching goal is always to end up on top of his enemies and allies and to claim. Nothing else matters in comparison to this quest, and Valgor is willing to betray his own people and sacrifice his closest friends to achieve it.

Valgor has shown signs of his overreaction, rash judgement and ignore or perhaps that was all a plow to make himself a constant to his enemies.

Combat[]

Before the lost of his original body, Valgor would engage in combat with magick. Using magic to quickly cast off his enemies and immoblize those that could be converted to his cause or to empower him via their essense.

As he possess Aresithas Skyfire, his combat form has changed to a melee prospective; as his possess a elven body, his magick and melee prowess have improved beyond his old form and he would combine his magical prowess to strengthen his arms, such as embodying his sword, Soulbinder in flame.

Powers and abilities[]

Valgor is widely agreed to be one of the most powerful mortals who ever existed, his power was rivaled by all save for Fandeim and the Sya'as, and unlike his former master ~ he has altered his impressive powers to affect all things, natural and unnatural

Due to his complex set of spells, a few can be named off to offer a glimpse

  • Soul Transfer - Valgor can exact his soul out of his original body, either freely or if his body dies into another body and remain docent for seconds, hours or even years before his spirit would attempt to wrestle control of the body to act as his vessel.
  • Shadow Bolt - Valgor can amass dark energies within his hand to throw magick upon his enemies, these can vary depending on how much energy is put together into one attack but can be theoretically dangerous to be hit with one
  • Soul Scything - Valgor can torture his enemies by attacking their soul, or in a sense draining them of life. However this is a channeled ability and can be interrupted.
  • Corruption - Valgor can spread a natural affliction similar to the Plagues, but it is a sickness of the mind and would either end in the death of the infected or the unwavering loyalty to Soul Fury.
